So this is part of an art-trade with :icondreadhead309: (look what she made me!! ^ ^ [link] She asked for a picture of Jojo and his friend Mi-Mi at their spring fling dance...and this (somewhat cruel lol) image popped in my head. :)

You gotta give Ned a break though- i mean, it's not every day his kid's hair is so combed :)
